Car Park Fee:

It is an indoor public car park lot. There are 200 indoor car park lots. You may park your car (First come First serve basis) at the rate of RM5.00 per entry per night after being validated at the concierge. This rate is only applicable to one car per unit.

*Please note that:-
1) The unit is strictly a non-smoking unit.
2) The Check-in time is 3 pm
3) The check out time is 11 am
4) Early check in (before 3pm) or Late check out (after 11am) will be charged at Rm50 per hour.
5) Rooms which were handed over late due to unforeseen circumstances , will be compensated via the same amount of time as late check out, instead of in the form of monetary.
6) wear a face mask all the time when you are in the common area or out of the unit
7) No party is allowed
8) No Over-pax
9) No food leftover and uncleaned dishes after check out. Additional cleaning will be charged if there is
10) No smoking in the unit. RM500 additional cleaning fee will be imposed if found.
11) Quiet hour is 9 pm onwards
12) Prior arrangement and/or approval for Photo and Video Shooting is needed
13) No shoes in the house
14) Free room make up service three times per week if long stay and upon requested
15) RM30 will be charged if request to change bed linen and towels
16) RM90 will be charged if extra/thorough cleaning is requested or needed
17) For monthly stay, we only cover the electricity usage up to RM150.00 per month. A utility deposit of RM500.00 is required. The deposit will be refunded after the electricity bill is issued by TNB and no outstanding.
18) No deposit for short-term stay.

1) Quick clean the bedroom, living room and bathroom
2) No Dish cleaning
3) No Laundry
4) Refill toiletries and amenities
