Check-In / Out

  1. Proceed to the counter at Lobby for check-in/out process. Please provide the booking itinerary upon check-in.

Check-In : From 3.00pm onwards
Check-Out : Any time before 12.00pm
*Any early check-in or late check-out is subject to unit availability with a fee of RM50 per hour.

CAR PARK

RM5 per entry per day. Kindly validate the ticket at the security post behind the counter. (for 1st car only). You can park at any vacant lot at either basement or upper level floor

REFUSE CHAMBER

  1. Kindly dispose the rubbish at the designated area. Please do not leave any rubbish outside of the unit to avoid penalty charges.
  2. The refuse chamber is just opposite the unit no #3A. You may refer to the picture given.

House Rules

No partying or hosting of events. A RM300 fees will be impose for extra cleaning

Smoking in the unit is a BIG NO. Penalty fees of RM500 if you’re caught.

No more then booked amount of guest allowed in this unit.

Quiet hours :
9:00pm - 8:00am

No left over food and dirty dishes in the sink. A RM300 fees will be impose for extra cleaning.

Pets are not allowed in the property.

Housekeeping are upon request. No daily housekeeping will be provided.

Please DO NOT dispose any garbage outside of the unit or along the corridor. Any violation will result in a fine of RM200.

Please DO NOT take anything out of the unit except for the rubbish.
